Vacancy – Contact Centre Adviser – National Adviceline

 

The role: As a key member for our Adviceline team you will have the opportunity to deliver an exceptional service to clients of this national telephone and chat based service, which provides essential advice to all members of society on a variety of topics, putting the individual needs of the client at the heart of everything you do making a tangible and positive influence to people’s lives. If you have experience of dealing with the general public either on the phone or in person we can support and develop you to reach your full potential in this role. We have a numbers of positions available following a recent grant award.

 

The difference you’ll make: Reporting to one of our Advice Service Team Leaders the successful candidates will be part of a team of advisers responsible for providing tailored, succinct telephone and chat advice to support clients.

Our vision is for a fair society for all, with lives well lived.  Our purpose is to mobilise knowledge, including helping people to know and understand their social welfare rights and responsibilities so they can improve their quality of life. We deliver services locally to almost 13,000 people a year, and support over 400,000 people nationally through digital advice and information services including Consumer Service, Citizens Advice Adviceline and Witness Service.
