Contact Centre Adviser

Hours: 37 hours per week. Normal working hours will be between 8:00
and 18:00 Monday to Friday although some out of hours working may
be required occasionally. Part time hours may be considered.

Salary: from £15,200 to £16,942 depending on role, pro rata for part time hours


Our national delivery centre provides advice and guidance by telephone, email, webchat and letter. People come to us with all sorts of issues and our goal is to help everyone find a way forward whatever problem they might face.

We have fantastic opportunities for customer focused contact centre advisers to join our committed teams.

Our Adviceline team provide advice and guidance for people who have money, benefit, housing or employment problems. They may be facing a crisis or just considering their options.

Our Consumer Service team provides advice on issues around buying goods or services. This includes being treated unfairly by a trader, receiving a poor service or talking to people who may want to switch energy suppliers or cancel a contract. You will have experience of working in a busy contact centre environment with a proven record of great quality customer service and be a fantastic team player.

We will give you excellent training and provide you with the knowledge and resources to be a great adviser. You must be available for the full training period.

Consumer Service is for six weeks


Interviews are in two stages; stage one is a telephone interview and if successful stage two is a face to face interview on 29th July 2017
